Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or call from our courier partner. You can also contact our support team for a live status update.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for a smooth handover.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail due to unavailability or an unreachable number, the order may be returned to us, and you will be contacted to reschedule.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Hometreka is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
